Thanks, Nancy, so glad you enjoyed it!
]]>Thanks, Jilanne. Trouble is, I always feel like I’m derelict in my duty of citizenship not reading the news. But your point is a good one. Am now reading two novels, one audio and one hardcover. It’s indeed a treat.
]]>Yes, that’s how I feel, too. Writing into the black hole fills me with despair. If I wanted to do that, I’d stick with journaling. One of my writing friends says, “Medium.com is the place to put your writing when you’re sad that nobody reads your blog.” But then I couldn’t really figure out how to do anything besides register for Medium.com. Enjoy your cool-down time!
]]>I know what you mean. My 26-year-old daughter read my “Z” post in which I spoke of housework and meals being neglected while blogging. “Your gender-norms need examining,” she said. A good idea, especially if she and my husband would examine their gender-normed expectations that I am the provider of most meals and domestic accomplishments! So glad to have met you during the A-Z!
]]>Congratulations to you, too! I really appreciate all your writing and commenting. I, too, am glad it’s over. Serious catch-up time for me now!
]]>Thanks, Claire–wouldn’t have happened without you!
]]>Thanks, Heidi–I’m impressed you can do anything BUT unpack! Good luck with it all.
