It’s a societal problem that happens everywhere.” I also think Starbucks is trying as a company, much more than many others. This is a huge societal problem that involves class expectations and privilege. Best way to start tackling the problem is through conversations. Some will be smooth, but most awkward and uncomfortable. But it is past time for this national dialogue.
